Enterprise Brief (Revised)

The business that I aspire to implement and operate is a food stall type that more of sandwich snack food with different menu offering. It's core product line begins with burger patty variants such as beef, chicken and fish and of course, to think that if there are other chances to formulate the same recipes with other meat-based products, it would be good to see this trends if it will click to consumer taste. The consent that urge me to venture in this business is because of the inspiration shared by my beloved kuya keith and rich who were our former employees before but now successfully launched their own.

Actually to recall their successful endeavors in putting up a food restaurant at the same time working as partners to a direct selling business, they told me that they did not even train themselves before they engage into food or In fact, they don't study culinary. What best to know about them is they did told me a secret which is whenever you might spot a good opportunity and you foresee growth then try to venture it and study. This talk gave me the courage to try other industry that may or may not suitable for me. This is a very challenging venture but the only way to succeed and sustain the business is to find out what the market wants, improve product quality, creative trends and positive mindset.

Enterprise Brief

What is the business all about?

The business is all about food that falls on the food service category of food industry. This is a immovable food stall-type that you can see in every corner of highways, district places and every corners of infest-community areas.

But what makes different in this business with regards of the product offering is that unlike of any competitive rivals in this field, what do they offer is a sandwich snack that serves in daily time manner particularly burger sandwich as we all know and some offers CDO branded with existing variety that comprise from hotdog sandwich to usual patties that we see to ordinary burger food stalls.

What I isolate in this undifferentiated concept is to experiment burger patties and extend its different types to possible meat-based or fish based patty such as if you can have beef burgers too obvious in your purchasing schedule, who not try chicken burgers, fish burgers, sausage or any sandwich variants that may or may not or has yet to offer in the market?? and that's what I'm into it and hopefully it would sell to customer.

What inspired me to put up this business?

To tell you, actually there are several persons involved that inspired me venture in this business such as my grand ma, my mother, my friends and one of our elder brothers who urge to push it though I only have a little idea in this field. Not only but also the lifestyle to watch kitchen cook TV shows and likeness to read cooking journals that may be considered as unique food menus with low cost raw inputs used.

What makes you think this business will succeed?

Although yes we all know that there too many food stands in the Philippines and the complex count of these food types almost dominate free spaces of market arena or In fact, this particular industry had made recent billions of revenues in just quick time-frame cause people do eat everyday.

But what is unique here is that the product offering that I've mention earlier although most of you will be skeptical to brainstorm issues of copy-cat concept or cloning but it will really depends on the place of starting the operation of this concept. Let say if you started to begin establishing in metro-manila, of course the chances to survive the competition is not easy to deal with because massive food stands are already placed-in and they exist long time before or just the time when you're planning. Likewise, much preferable to choose  a good location as that is part of the entrepreneur's bottomline such as in the provinces or lone-some places with reasonable traffic foot count is a good start though it's a little market but essentially if you grow, you can expand through bigger locations that will fit you at most.

Inspired to smile and look forward

They call me "Jun" in shortcut, some call me "Joe", some call me "JDG", some call me "Dodong" and the rest feel comfortable to call my real name. All these odd names have something to convey with me. I can't tell what it is but I do search its significance to my life or even to ponder if there are certain connotations associated with these names.

An example let say a man call me "Budoy" for the reason that I look like a child or in my mannerism represent this insight. For this instance, I really don't get carried away. Instead and indeed, I truly appreciate those adjectives because in my personal instinct, I'm very open for all views prior to my whole nature or something else as long as their could be a possible rise of  relationship between us that will rise and surely benefit me, my family, my lifestyle and everything that I possess.

Slowly but too tricky, I feel the spiritual reasons why do I deserved to be called in this way is perhaps, I'm someone that makes everybody happy and the mindset to stay active to situations that may appear exciting, joyful, adventurous or otherwise; lonely, miserable or depressed??, I can't say either but one thing I know is that I have to maintain this type of personality at all times even to personal matters that may have the force to deprive what I want to do, what I want to be and what I want to become even there maybe no room to reach these things.

Let say, on my Enscan class. Our professor told us to write our passion, our field although some of my classmates are ready to fill out something. Afterwards, only to find out that this question had basic objective to what business are we going to put up. Something that is, your passion or your expertise has a typical connection to your business endeavors. But the problem is that passion for me is always a discovery. If I want to venture into food even I don't have any knowledge with cooking, I always persevere to learn cooking despite that there's no sufficient time to study this because I'm taking a business course.

Yet today, I choose to enter food industry as my present choice. Why? I know that 90 % of you would agree that I it's the easiest way to prosper and chances to sustain a family. Nearly to that guess is right and I intent to play my role to work for this even it would be difficult for me to pick up cause my mother once influence my being and say if problem persist, always smile, be optimistic to face it and drive it as if it was a piece of cake. Nothing is impossible if you'll try it. Sometimes, it would come out to be a trial and error but mom says "Try and try until you succeed.
